Open business Q&A & panels
Audience questions set the agenda: starting a business, organizing a team, improving an operation, choosing a tool or carrying a difficult decision through. Brandon leads the discussion and can bring together additional practitioners whose experience fits the subject.
We agree the topic, moderator and participating speakers with the host. Questions can be submitted beforehand or raised live. The discussion makes assumptions visible, works through alternatives and identifies what needs to happen next.
Engagement formatA 60–90-minute moderated Q&A or panel, with a short record of key questions and next steps. Smaller office hours can give founders, students or teams focused time on their own situation.
Business leadership in practice
Work through an operating decision with competing priorities: a delivery commitment, limited capacity, a leadership gap or a team carrying too much. Participants investigate the facts, choose a course of action and explain how they would know it worked.
Topics include workforce and role design, integrated business planning, operational improvement, responsible use of AI, and leadership through acquisitions, closures and other difficult changes.

Christian conviction in business decisions
When a decision affects someone’s livelihood, conviction has to survive the decision itself. Explore truthful communication, accountability, stewardship and care for people when the available choices are difficult.
For Christian and Catholic colleges, campus ministries and church leadership groups, the conversation begins with 1 Peter 4:10 and the responsibility to use our gifts in service to one another. Cases and discussion are shaped with the host for the audience.

Men, blended families & belonging
Conversations about responsibility, rebuilding trust, blended-family dynamics and the experience of belonging—or feeling like a project—in a church community. Brandon brings his own perspective and invites honest questions, with respect for the privacy of the people whose lives intersect with his.
Engagement formatA facilitated men’s-group discussion, retreat session or conversation with congregational and recovery-ministry leaders, with the host’s pastoral or support team involved.
Recovery, reentry & practical opportunity
Workshops can connect rebuilding a life with practical next steps: recognizing useful experience, describing it to an employer, establishing dependable work habits or examining a small-business idea. For program leaders, we also offer operational reviews, staff and volunteer coordination, engagement and practical tools.
These are educational and operational engagements. Clinical care, counseling and participant safeguarding remain with the host’s qualified team. Work in correctional settings follows the institution’s approval and supervision requirements.
