What we take on

Work we take
responsibility for.

A role that is hard to fill, a team that needs rebuilding, a major transition or a tool that needs fixing. We define the work, provide experienced people and carry it through. These examples are starting points, not the limits of the collective.

01

Review a role, function or team

Vacancies, responsibilities, workload & team rebuilding

Workforce & organization

Before reposting a vacancy, adding a management layer or replacing someone who has left, look at what the business actually needs. We examine the work, its timing, the decisions involved and the skills required.

We design what belongs together, what needs a dedicated person and what can be shared. We can then help implement that design, cover agreed responsibilities and help recruit and onboard the long-term people the business needs.

02

Take care of recurring work

Customer service, orders, reporting, data & planning

Managed business functions

Customer-service workflows, order follow-up, reporting, data maintenance, planning, inventory and supplier coordination. Agree on the responsibility and give it a dependable place to go.

We define the output, working windows, authority and coverage with you. You know who carries the work and how to reach them when the situation changes.

03

Improve how the business runs

Production-floor improvement, changeovers, cost & planning

Operations & leadership

Bring hands-on operating experience into production-floor improvement, gemba walks, product flow, changeovers, efficiency, planning, cost, capacity and team responsibilities. Start with one problem or work across functions.

We work from what your operation actually produces: output, quality, changeover time, inventory and cost. We find the constraint, agree the change and work with the people on the floor to put it into practice. The result is checked against operating records.

04

Build, repair or rethink a tool

Spreadsheets, applications, migrations & software costs

Software & systems

A spreadsheet repair, data cleanup, migration, internal application, integration or automated report. We also examine the cost and usefulness of systems you already pay for before you commit to another license or platform.

We can carry a system from selection and investment case through implementation, training and measurement—or build the specific tool the work needs. We check the result against real inputs and make the handover usable for the people doing the job. AI supports development and analysis; experienced people remain responsible for delivery.

05

Carry the work through a transition

Acquisitions, business sales, departures & interim coverage

Operating continuity

An acquisition, sale or loss of key colleagues can leave important work without an owner. We step into agreed operating responsibilities, help clear office and customer-service backlogs, and support the people carrying the change.

When a team needs rebuilding, we help protect customer relationships and daily operations while redesigning workflows, recruiting and preparing the permanent team. We start with the critical work and agree the people, access and start date needed to move quickly.

06

Interim executive & operating leadership

Leadership departures, replacement searches & acting roles

Executive coverage

When a leader leaves or a permanent search is underway, Brandon can step into an agreed executive or senior operating role. He carries day-to-day leadership responsibilities, keeps decisions moving and supports the team through the transition.

The work can include operating reviews, costed recommendations, responsibility changes and decisions that cross functions. We keep the daily work moving and prepare the handoff: open decisions, commitments, operating routines and the context the incoming leader needs.

We establish a named executive sponsor, such as the CEO, and agree on responsibilities, decision authority and approvals that stay with that sponsor. Regular check-ins and a shared decision and action record keep priorities, results and unresolved issues visible.

07

Work alongside your employees

Engagement, coaching, training & difficult changes

People & team support

Give employees experienced people to work alongside when the job gets harder. We listen to where work is breaking down, clarify responsibilities, coach and train, and help managers and teams work through difficult changes.

Brandon has led a planning team through six years of organizational change, with one voluntary resignation during that period. He redesigned the function from nine planners to five while retaining its scope, developed two colleagues into senior roles and earned written recognition for improved engagement and putting his team first.

Read about that leadership experience

Support includes doing the work together: resolving a backlog, learning a new process, improving handoffs and following through on the concerns people raise. We check whether the change is helping both the team and the business.

Have a different need? Tell us what the business is trying to do. We’ll discuss where our experience fits and what an engagement would require—from a small task to a broader change.
