Guest teaching, live case discussions, open Q&A and project reviews for universities, community colleges and technical programs. Participants can examine an operating problem, question the assumptions and defend a decision before seeing how new information changes it.

Subject areas include business operations, entrepreneurship, planning and supply chain, workforce design, leadership, software and responsible AI. Christian colleges can also explore how faith informs decisions about people and livelihoods.

Engagement formatA classroom visit, case workshop, business-club session, faculty partnership or series of student office hours. Learning objectives and format are agreed with the instructor.

We welcome conversations with career centers and faculty about supervised student projects, mentoring and future internships connected to Allelon’s work. A useful placement needs real work, a named supervisor, fair terms and learning the student can describe afterward.

Project review can cover a business idea, process analysis, research, outreach planning or a working prototype. Internship availability, compensation, responsibilities and college requirements are established for each opportunity before recruitment.

Age-appropriate activities for Christian, private and other schools can make business tangible: design a useful product, work with a pretend budget, describe a customer’s need and practice making an honest promise.

Responsible AI activities focus on checking answers, protecting personal information, recognizing fabricated content and knowing when to ask an adult. Online-safety conversations can cover gaming platforms such as Roblox, persuasive design, scams and contact from strangers.

Activities are reviewed and supervised by the school’s educators. We can work without student AI accounts or collection of student information, using demonstrations and offline exercises suited to the age group.

We can help a school or program turn an idea into an organized offering: clarify its purpose, map the participant experience, plan responsibilities, create usable materials and establish a review process.

For church childcare and preschool programs, we work with directors on age-appropriate program planning, family communication, staff routines and curriculum review informed by current Christian education resources and early-childhood research.
